These Terms govern your use of AgriAssure's AI-powered compliance platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AgriAssure's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AgriAssure provides AI-powered compliance tools including Smart Regulation Checker, Document Verification, Vendor Dashboard, and Expert Consultation. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all account activities. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use our service for unlawful purposes, submit false information, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or violate intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is AgriAssure's exclusive property. You receive a limited license for personal/business use only. No modification, copying, or commercial exploitation permitted.

6. Your Data

You retain rights to your data. We use AI to analyze information - while we strive for accuracy, results should be verified by professionals. You're responsible for data backups.

7. Compliance Disclaimer

Our service doesn't constitute legal advice. You're solely responsible for regulatory compliance. Consult qualified professionals before making compliance decisions.

8. Fees & Payment

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change fees with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

9. Disclaimers

Service provided 'AS IS' without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or result accuracy. AgriAssure isn't liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate your account for Terms violations. You may terminate anytime. Ownership provisions, disclaimers, and liability limitations survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ontario and Canadian law. Disputes resolved through arbitration. Contact legal@agriassure.ca to resolve issues informally first.
